Our 6 Step Process
1. Design
We work closely with you to finalize your layout, select finishes, and ensure your unit fits your space and goals - all without overwhelming you with option
2. Permits
We handle the permitting process on your behalf, coordinating drawings, submissions and approvals to ensure your project is ready to build.
3. Site Preparation
We prepare your property for construction, coordinating everything from excavation and foundations to electrical and site requirements.
4. Build
Your LOFTD is built on-site by our team, bringing the structure, exterior finishes and interior space to life from the ground up.
5. Simulator Installation
Once construction is complete, we install and integrate your golf simulator, including the technology, impact screen, turf and hitting area.
6. Finishing & Onboarding
We complete the final details, calibrate your simulator and walk you through the entire system - so your LOFTD is ready to play from day one.
